After more than a year as a social game, Outernauts, will be shut down and relaunched as an iOS exclusive mobile game. The 31st of January 2014 will be the deadline set for players to say goodbye to their social game, but no date has yet been mentioned when it comes to the launch on iOS. According to Insomniac games, the title will be redesigned and will be made way better. However, the core shall obviously stay the same. It would be good to remind gamers that Outernauts is actually a monster battle game and surely is no gimmick.

The game has been finally launched today the 5th of December and is part of Ubisoft’s move to better mark its territory within the mobile game industry.
